Brief Introduction
Dong Jinwei, researcher of the Institute of Geographic Sciences and Natural Resources Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, doctoral supervisor, director of the Regional Environment and Ecological Information Research Office, selected for the National Young Talents Program (2016), and leader of the youth crossover team project of "Agricultural Land Use and Climate Change" of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Mainly engaged in the research of remote sensing monitoring of land use change and its ecological and environmental effects, he has published more than 50 SCI papers as the first or corresponding author in mainstream journals such as RSE, and was selected as a highly cited scientist (interdisciplinary) by Clarivate in 2021. The editor-in-chief of "Remote Sensing Cloud Computing and Scientific Analysis" is one of the top 3 best-selling books in the field of geoscience by Science Press. He currently serves as a member of the Scientific Steering Committee of the Global Land Programme (GLP), a member of the Land Branch of the Land Society of China, a standing member of the Agricultural Information Branch of the Chinese Agricultural Society, and a member of the National Forestry and Grassland Information Standardization Technical Committee. He serves on the editorial board of Scientific Data and Remote Sensing Technology and Applications.
